Individual Counselling

Space that allows you to talk about your problems, thoughts or feelings in a confidential and supported environment.
I listen and understand as you explore your world and experiences. As our relationship builds and you feel more comfortable we will begin to tap into things that you would like to change in your life, or things that you cant let go of.
I am to support you in making changes in so that you can feel confident and enjoy life.
I work integratively, blending styles of psychodynamic exploration of the past, alongside psycho-education to focus on the present and the future. I never offer advice based on my experiences because everyone is unique.

Single Session Therapy
- £90 per hour-
I can also offer single-session therapy (SST) to give you the space to explore issues in one session in a timely manner.
These sessions are structured differently to open-ended Counselling. My aim is to establish the goal or focus of our meeting and what you’d like to achieve so you leave prepared or having taken the first step to becoming unstuck.
Each goal is assessed and a timescale to complete the work agreed between us. The process is kept collaborative and individual to your goals.
Booking of 6 sessions
— 6 sessions, 50 minutes - £399, (Save 20% compared to the price of 6 individual sessions) -
I am able to offer a discount for clients who book in 6 sessions in advance.
Booking a group of sessions enables us to develop our relationship and explore your needs at a deeper level. With 6 sessions we can establish a beginning, middle and end to our relationship to ensure you get the most out of your sessions.
