Welcome. My name is Nicola.

It can be difficult to talk freely about what we are thinking and feeling sometimes, but it’s important for our wellbeing that we feel heard and understood in a safe and non-judgemental environment. Finding that supportive space can be life changing - impacting everything from achieving your goals to the quality of your relationships and your overall wellbeing.

I aim to provide this space for you, so you can fulfil your potential and explore yourself, your experience in the world and what you need to grow and thrive.

I am an Integrative-Relational Psychotherapist.

This means i am trained and work in a way that encompasses many methods and theories. The way we work together in sessions is determined by our relationship, your goals of therapy and what is working for you. I hold the relationship between us as fundamental for positive change.
